 Muscle Bath 肌肉研究系统  适用于心肌, 平滑肌条的生理及药理研究.

 

基本系统包含:

Muscle Test System

Mussel试验 孵化液电动温度控制器避免使用外部温度浴及其相邻的灌注系统和管道系统。

1. Perfusion cuvette system PER1:

The perfusion of the cuvette is brought about by a roller pump

The cuvette has a volume depending on the desired preparation length:

For up to 32mm long preparations 1.5ml

For up to 6mm long preparation 0.5ml

2.Temperature Control between 37°C and 42°C

A complete solution change is performed within approximately 5s. A pre-warming loop adapts the temperature of the injected solution to the temperature of cuvette system.

The regulator unit for the temperature control adjustable between 30°C and 42°C is integrated into the Force Transducer Bridge Amplifier BAM11.

3.Force transducer for the Muscle Tester

KG4      range 0 – 50 mN,  resolution 0.3 mN; Papillary muscle, trabeculae ;small skeletal muscle, muscle rings

 

 

 

4. Stimulator STIM

The stimulator STIM can be operated independently from any software as a “stand alone” instrument

6. Sarcomere Length Detection set SARCSC

The Laser diffraction is evoked by a 5mW Laser diode

The diffraction pattern is analyzed with a screen.

(A one dimensional camera for the analysis of the lser diffraction pattern is available)

7. Data Acquisition System DAS

The data acquisition system DAS is a muscle specific system acquiring and evaluating the acquired data.

The system contains a chart recorder part acquiring continuously data and an oscilloscope part acquiring data after trigger pulse. Both systems run at the same time.

The system controls the Length Control unit LCCU, the Constant Load unit COLU and/or the Vibration unit VIBU, acquires the data of the corresponding experiments and evaluates them.

 The system operates the stimulator STIMAMP and STIM for titanic contractions and allows adjusting the proper delay for the motor action.

 * Control unit calculates the sarcomere length in µm
The force transducers of the KG - series cover a large range of detectable forces. The transducer with the highest sensitivity has a resolution of 0.2µN, sufficient to measure the force of single heart cells. All transducers are extraordinary rugged withstanding even extreme overload forces. This allows using very convenient fiber mounting devices. Special stainless steel tweezers for fiber mounting are available.
