Micro Closed Controlled Environment for Hypoxic Study

 

1. Miniature Incubator for Petri Dishes,  15mm optical clearance   
 
Closed Controlled Environment for petri dishes and  coverslips. Keeps your samples closed to control temperature, media, atmosphere (pH), and to prevent evaporation. Perfect for fluorescence imaging. Easy to assemble. Has inside reservoir for water to prevent media evaporation during long time imaging. Uses polarization-free glass coverslips to form optical quality surfaces cover to prevent condensation. Incorporates luer connector for gas mixture input. Includes a set of adjustable tubing holders to position perfusion tubing for continuous media exchange.
The included petri dish insert, which fits glass bottom dishes, has separate compartments for solution inflow and outflow to provide smooth perfusion and to prevent bubbles from entering the working area. Use optional PDI insert for standard petri dishes (petri dish adapters TC-PA might be required). Consider adding a miniature perfusion and controlled flow system. Can be upgraded with an objective heater for immersion optics. Can be used with standard 35mm petri dishes: optional petri dish adapters TC-PA and perfusion insert might be required. The system can be also used with coverslip holders (for replaceable coverslips) for high resolution imaging. Includes a microscope adapter. Specify microscope model when ordering. Requires a temperature controller. To eliminate temperture gradient the dish is heated from the bottom - only 15mm optical clearance. If wider clearance is required, TC-CIC with whole bottom open can be used.

2.  1-Channel Temperature Controller TC-1-100

Low electrical noise: tested in electrophysiology experiments with single ion channels.
Range: room to 50°C
Accuracy of ± 0.1°C.
Multiple temperature probes: allow to stabilize temperature in large volumes (petri dishes).
Overheating protection: no risk to burn the heating stage or destroy
your sample.
Analog Output to monitor temperature.
Analog Input to set temperature
Inhibit Mode: no power switching during sensitive recordings.
Most heating stages pre-heat perfusion solutions: perfusion lines run through the heating stage before entering bath chamber. Maintains temperature during fast perfusion.

External 120/240VAC power supply: can operate from batteries.
