线性肌动图通常被用于监测微小血管环 (血管內徑 100毫微米-3毫米)或肌肉条在药物或电刺激下张力 改变的状况(包括主动脉, 阻力微血管,气管,支气管 環、 肌肉、回腸和子宮肌條等).  肌動圖也可用于在監測血管張力和肌細胞張力的同時監測細胞膜電位的改變和組織螢光物質的測量.
應用范圍
基本特性: 小血管, 大血管, 血管壁厚度的測量,兩個血管的對比研究,不同种類的動物血管對比研究及其同類動物不同血管的對比研究,對局部血管反應性的評估, 人體不同血管的研究 .

In some cases, such as when using expensive peptides or other drugs, bath superfusion is not an option. These applications call for minimizing the volume of bath fluid to keep the amount of reagents used to a minimum. In these cases, heating the bath to physiological temperatures can be problematic. However, with our wire myograph chamber (MYO-CH) and temperature controller (TC-09S), you can heat the wire myograph chamber directly to physiological temperatures. This package contains everything needed to conduct these self-heating studies in our wire myograph chamber.

 Dual Vessel Chambers - Separate baths, 3-8 ml. Removable covers for control of gas environment above each bath. Holder provided for pH electrode (Model PH/E1) for measurement in either bath. Add /S to model number to add Pt stimulation electrode option for electrical neurotransmitter release from the nerve varicosities.

Model CH/2/B/SH - Supplied heat controller (Model TC-03) sets and regulates both bath solution temperatures  (<± 1 °C) thus eliminating the need for bath superfusion. For example, in experiments using a buffer such as HEPES, the amounts of peptides, or other expensive agents required to bathe the vessel will be minimized.
     An external, heated superfusate can also serve to warm the bath buffer solutions.
Model CH/2/B Requires external, heated superfusate to warm the bath buffer solutions. Switch selects desired bath thermistor output for monitoring temperature.
NEW Option –  Hand Rest Platform – Facilitates both vessel dissection and the tying of vessels to cannulas by holding Petri dish or chamber fixed. Reduces hand strain. (See Peripherals).
