The TiVi600 Tissue Viability Imager is a polarization spectroscopy camera that can “see through” the top of the skin and collect information about the underlying circulation. More information about the TiVi-technology can be found in the attached document, which has recently been accepted for publication in the journal Skin Research and Technology and will probably appear in the next issue of the journal. which indicate that the primary intended use is testing of the human skin for erythema (vasodilatation) and blanching (vasoconstriction).

· 药理学研究: TiVi600用于研究 药物的血管活性对动物和人体组织灌注量的影响。获得剂量相关的血流灌注量的各项监测数据可记录于计算机中。
· 烧伤科及整形外科: TiVi600 可以用来监测皮肤血流灌注量, 区分一度和二度皮肤烧伤,判断烧伤创面的损伤程度和预后;
通过监测移植器官和皮瓣的血流灌注量,可以获得评测移植器官是否成功和微循环建立与损伤的早期指标, 有助于器官移植成功。
· 麻醉学 可以用TiVi600监测不同种类的麻醉剂和止痛剂对血流灌注量的影响,包括交感神经阻滞和外周血流灌注量的变化。
