Muromachi Microwave Fixation system

 

微波灭活系统通过一个专门的发射器将产生的微波能量传递给大鼠或者小鼠的脑部, 使动物大脑内的化学物质快速固定,脑内的酶等化学物质维持不变,使得研究在活体条件下进行。系统能精确测量 cAMP, cGMP, GABA, Acetylcholine, choline, DOPA, 5HTP, endorphin, prostaglandins, and catecholines 以及它们的代谢物。固定大脑的速度与受试动物的身体尺寸有关,小鼠大约一秒钟,大鼠则需要更长一点时间。 该系统有两个型号可选:5千瓦型和10千瓦型。     MMW-05 

 

 工作原理:

1. 大功率微波加热的方式使得神经组织内的酶(ENZYME)瞬间去活性-灭活,以避免死后变化
