The TiVi600 Tissue Viability Imager is a polarization spectroscopy camera that can “see through” the top of the skin and collect information about the underlying circulation. More information about the TiVi-technology can be found in the attached document, which has recently been accepted for publication in the journal Skin Research and Technology and will probably appear in the next issue of the journal. which indicate that the primary intended use is testing of the human skin for erythema (vasodilatation) and blanching (vasoconstriction).

床及基础研究

·         微循环研究:  广泛用于监测人及动物的血流灌注量, 实时成像, 可以量化每个点的血流量值;

                测量组织毛细血管的血液流速,测量毛细血管对加热、冷、姿势变化、压力变化、血管活性药物、呼吸等反应;

·         心血管内科学和血管外科:
   
监测血流灌注量可以估糖尿病所并发的微血管病。用以量化物治并判断截肢的必要性和截肢部位。

      对于外周脉阻塞性病的患者, 监测血流灌注量可以定位狭窄部位。

·         及美容科:
     在皮
贴试验和系斑狼疾病中,TiVi600 可以用来监测血流灌注量的增加以估和量化皮受激惹程度。

·         理学研究:
     
TiVi600用于研究 物的血管活性对动物和人体组织灌注量的影响。量相的血流灌注量的各项监测数据可记录于计算机中。

·         烧伤科及整形外科:
     
TiVi600 可以用来监测血流灌注量, 区分一度和二度皮肤烧伤,判断烧伤创面的损伤程度预后;

             过监测移植器官和皮瓣的血流灌注量,可以评测移植器官是否成功和环建立与损伤的早期指, 有助于器官移植成功。

·         麻醉学
     可以用
TiVi600监测不同种类的麻醉和止痛剂对血流灌注量的影响,包括交感神阻滞和外周血流灌注量的化。
